Made from two 1.5mm galvanised steel skins that are folded, the door leaf is made of a steel core, mineral wool, and internal steel structures and has a 45mm thick thickness. Anti-jemmy flanges on the leading edge of the leaf provide excellent anti-jemmy resistance.
2mm Galvanised steel is pressed to form a single rebated profile to create 90mm frame. The vertical posts are profiled and connected using strong M8 bolts to provide firm strength. With 8 threaded fixing adjusters per door set, the special fast fit Telescopic frame can compensate for most irregularities in the opening.
Tested and achieving a rating of 2.2W/m2K based on a door size of 1090mm x 2090mm WxH – values may vary slightly depending on size and finished colour of doorset.
DDA compliant 2mm stainless steel threshold bolted into the vertical frame posts.
The tubular silicone/rubber is inserted into the frame rebate to guarantee a tight seal of the door/frame gap.
For optimum weather resistance and smooth operation, 4no stainless steel hinges are used on the door leaves. If the hinges are assaulted, security dog bolts secure the leaf in the frame. Locks, latches, lever handles, panic hardware, closers and stays are all available as extra hardware.

A full range of vision panels with laminated glass, Georgian wired glass, Pyroshield, Firelite or polycarbonate are available in various glass thicknesses to meet your needs. Louvre panels to any sizes are also available. Both solid, louvred and glazed over panels and side panels can be manufactured to suit individual customer requirements.
